Minimum/General Experience: This position requires a minimum of four years experience, of which at least two years must be specialized experience including experience in developing and providing training similar to that specified in an actual Statement of Work or Statement of Need. Functional Responsibility: Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Prepares instructor materials (course outline, background material and training aids). Prepares student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of college leading to the required degree.
