Minimum/General Experience: Twelve or more years of experience as a systems engineer integration and development. Have experience with several automated processing architectures and platforms. Be able to work independently in an integrated environment. Functional Responsibility: Performs architecture, design, and requirements analysis using systems engineering tools. Performs business rules analysis and design. Has experience with rollout of large distributed systems and application architecture and engineering experience. Must have good communication skills and be able to lead. Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline and 12 or more years of experience. Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of college leading to the required degree.
