Minimum/General Experience: Up to fifteen years of experience in integration and development. Have experience with several automated processing architectures and platforms. Be able to work independently in an integrated environment. Be able to lead a team and report to senior management. Functional Responsibility: Performs architecture, design, and requirements analysis using systems engineering tools. Performs business rules analysis and design. Experienced with rollout of large distributed systems and application architecture and engineering experience. Must have good communication skills and be able to lead. Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree with fifteen years; Master’s degree with thirteen years; PhD with twelve years experience. Degree disciplines of computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of college leading to the required degree.
