Minimum/General Experience: With Associates degree in science or business, 6 or more years of general experience in Information Technology is required, of which 3 must be specialized in applications maintenance and graphics support. With a BS in any field, 6 years general experience in Information Technology is required. Requires competence in Computer skills, using state-of-the-art graphics software and preparation of presentation graphics. Functional Responsibility: Responsible for graphics design and use, operation, and setup of computer graphic systems for business communications. Executes graphic projects and assists in coordination of all graphic production scheduling. Coordinates production support with outside vendors, as needed. Ensures that graphic projects are completed on time, within budget, and to user’s satisfaction. Interfaces with users to determine scope of project and best graphic medium. Trains other personnel in proper use of computer graphic equipment. Troubleshoots computer equipment problems and performs minor preventive maintenance. Frequently reports to a department manager or information systems management.
